Angel Farentino can’t catch a break. With an alcoholic mother she is framed by her
father as a drug mule for which she spends a year in jail. She thinks she got lucky when she gets hired
on at a warehouse until she finds out that the sadistic owner is a bigger creep
than her dad. She is now on the run with
proof that her boss is a thief. She has the
gold coins he stole that have his fingerprints all over them. She stows away on Zane Jacksons plane and the
fun begins. He for some reason gives her
the benefit of the doubt and helps her get away from the guys with guns but
gets increasingly frustrated with her refusal to tell him what is going
on. As Zane helps Angel the attraction
grows between them. Can he keep her
alive long enough to clear her name and see if they have a future together?
This is a wonderful romantic suspense. I enjoyed it thoroughly. Fast moving and intense every time you think
you know what is going to happen you are in for a surprise.
And don’t forget one of my favorite authors, Molly Harper,
has a new book coming out on December 18th.
Look for My Bluegrass Baby.
