My review:
Four warriors to protect us from the apocalypse. Two have
found their fated mates and now it’s Halvard’s turn. Hal is the quiet one, the
workaholic, the one who doesn’t date. Hal’s trial isn’t made clear in the prophecy
and he isn’t going to be shown his mate in a dream like Issac and Gunnar. He
has pushed aside his feelings for Priya for five years but current events have
thrown them together and he is torn between duty and love.
The authors take us through heaven and hell and back again as
we watch Hal go through a trial that will have him questioning everything he
holds dear.
This is a fantastic world with characters you have to love.
