Leg Warmers and Larceny by J.C. Layne

Blurb:

Since receiving her special powers as a sensator, Wren Chase is trying to get used to her dual life. Being the lead writer for Posh Vogue Magazine is stressful enough, but never knowing when a new sensator “case” will show up only adds to the stress.

The time has come for another big case and a brand new ghost helper has arrived. This one is like, totally awesome. Unfortunately, she has another not-so-awesome magical garment attached to her. Wren’s sense of style will suffer once again. But for the good of her cause, she’ll do it.

With the help of her over-the-top BFF and assistant, Skyler, and her detective boyfriend, Travis, Wren is ready to take on the new threat and get to the bottom of a larceny that could impact the future of the fashion world.

My review:

Have you read Handbags and Homicide? No? You really should read it before this one. This story takes place six months after and Wren is more confident with her gifts her relationship with Travis is growing warmer. This is a fast paced cozy mystery that will keep you guessing and flipping pages.
