The Spring Court: A Sprinkling of Fae Novel by Emily James Taylor

Blurb:
*Second book in the A Sprinkling of Fae Series*

You're Invited to the secret meeting inside Queen Rosalie's War Room. The Spring Court is preparing for the upcoming battle by training their soldiers and gathering supplies from across the kingdom.

Meanwhile trapped in the Earthly Realm, Queen Iclyn searches for the Changelings with the handsome Leprechaun, Tobin. Will they be able to go unnoticed by Spring Fairies, stuck in the realm who could capture Iclyn and use her to gain favor with Queen Rosalie.

Also looking for favor, Robin and Cyrus meet with Lord Tristen of the Hobgoblins, hoping to persuade him to let them use some of their precious Alicorns. They need a way to reach the Earthly Realm now that the Fairy Paths are shut down by the spring Elves magic.

So hold tight to a Hobgoblin's Alicorn as it takes flight
and join us at the Spring Court

This a Portal Fantasy Reverse Harem romance that builds it's harem over the course of the books. This series follows a Fae queen and her consorts, who travel between the Fae and Earthly Realms to fix her realm and the effects her kind has on Earth.

My review:
This story picks up where The Winter Court left off. Winter Queen Icelyn has gone to the Earth Realm on her own to find a pair of changeling twins she’ll need in the pending war. This has understandably upset her consort and Captain of the Guard Robin, and her lover Summer Prince Cyrus. They set off to find her. Spring Queen Rosalie is gathering allies and making plans to take on the whole of Faery if necessary. Something really fishy has been going on in the Summer court and hopefully we will find out what soon. This book is filled with political intrigue and royal machinations. This is a terrific continuation of the tale with a cliff hanger ending. Bring on the next installment.
