Seasons in the Abyss (The Dank Courts Book 1) by Dagmar Avery, K. Margaret, Stella Price

Blurb:
Gobeth Argos, Princess of the Dank Courts, Queen of the Wild Hunt and acting Sovereign of the Sluagh has her hands full now that shes back from High Court. Set on implementing Queen Verity’s new decrees, and bringing her courts further into the 21st century, she is determined to ensure a fruitful future for everyone.

But Faerie has other plans for her, and they manifest in the form of dreams. Erotic, vivid, detailed dreams of tentacles, and the feeling once they are done that something is missing. Having only the dreams, and the words of an old seer to go by, Gogo begins a journey of both self discovery and wonder.

And when tragedy strikes, she is left with questions, concerns and ultimatums.

Because Faerie has given her a quest, and through heartache, laughter, anger and sadness, she will rise to the challenge.

My review:
Seasons in the Abyss! I’ve been so looking forward to Gobeth’s story. This is where the authors can let their imaginations run wild. And they do. Gobeth is smart, strong and unexpectedly sweet. She is going to need the first two attributes to survive her quest and satisfy her opposition among the Sluagh. This story is the first in a sexy fantasy that I am thoroughly enjoying.
