Worth (Club Phantasm Book One) by Dagmar Avery, K. Margaret

Blurb:
Jessica is on walk about, living the life dedicated to her friends memory, seeing the country and making the most of the fact that the world didn’t end.

Hitting Philadelphia for a month of work, she is ready to embrace the city of Brotherly Love and make her mark on it. And then she gets arrested, and the world flips upside down.

Harex Athan owns Phantasm, the hottest club in Pennsylvania, maybe even on the east coast. He and his cousins are demons, hiding in plain sight, and special even to demon society. As the good half of twins, they have a lot more to deal with in their lives than just the mundane.

When Harex goes to bail out his cousin from jail, he meets Jessica, and something is set in motion for all of them that they never expected to happen.

Because the world is different now that the Brotherhood has saved the world, and everyone is now given a chance at something amazing. And for Jessica and Harex it just might be each other... provided Harex's twin doesn't murder them.

My review:
We met Jessica in the Apocalypse Rising series but she was mourning her BFF’s death and didn’t want to rain on her other friends happiness so she takes her show on the road and finds love in the most unlikely of places. Harex Athan is hot, disgustingly wealthy and a demon. I really enjoyed this steamy romp if only because it put a smile on Jessica’s face. If you think a demon can’t be sweet check this read out. Harex may be more hot than sweet but he has his moments.
