My review:
Slave is the
first of the four tales it is going to take to span the life of a pixie/human
child who has been raised to be a pleasure slave because she had no family to
claim her. She ends up in the court of The Winter Queen where this story takes place. The author puts us into the
head of the Slave so we can understand what she is feeling. Seeing her world
through her eyes gives you a different perspective. This story took me to a
very different world and I am looking forward to seeing where she goes from
here.
