Have you read Bearly in Control (Shifters Undercover #1)? No? STOP! Go read Bearly in Control (Shifters Undercover #1)
then come back and read Fur Fox's Sake (Shifters Undercover #2). I feel you need to have read the first book to
really enjoy the second.
These stories are not like the quick, fluffy, sexy fun books
the author is known for. The Shifters Undercover series takes us in a new
direction. These stories are more paranormal suspense than paranormal romance
although it has plenty of romance too. And multi shifter Russel gives plenty of
comedic relief. Fox shifter Marika Paters is smart, perky, messy and
comfortable in her own skin. Panther shifter Fellowship Agent Devin Sonder is
an OCD clean freak and totally freaked out to find that Marika is his fated
mate all while trying to find out what the story is with the characters from
the first book. Some mysteries are solved and new ones have popped up to be
solved. I am enjoying this departure from this author and really want to know
what happens next.
