My review:
Kirk Matheson is the last line of defense for the Moonlight
Pack. He has done some awful things so that they could live in peace. He isn’t
ashamed but it has scarred his soul. He is a killer. That is what he does. So
when his alpha changes it up on him by asking him to protect a human female
Kirk is faced with a different kind of challenge and when his wolf wants to
claim her, his life gets very interesting. Schoolteacher Silver Ellis witnesses
a gangland shooting and Palmetto County Detective Jesse Farrell needs her safe
and hidden from retribution so he asks his alpha to help out. Nobody is going
to get past Kirk Matheson. Silver is a quiet loaner but she is no pushover. She
may be just what Kirk needs. Though this
is part of a series it can be read standalone. This is a sweet and sexy pnr
that I heartily recommend.
