Dance of Love by Inge Saunders

Blurb:
All roads lead to Rome when Ashley Solomons embarks on fulfilling her dream to become a world-class dancer. But there’s one person who stands in her way. “It`s a no from me,” Antonio Machiavelli.

When Antonio’s auditions for a lead principal end in wintry Cape Town, the last thing he expects is to have more than a knee-jerk reaction to an audition. Ashley not only verbally challenges him, but also translates her fire and cheekiness into an edge of your seat performance.

Can Antonio keep his distance from Ashley? Can Ashley focus on fulfilling her dream of becoming a lead principal? Or will love have its way?

My review:
Can love conquer all? Dancing is a passion and the professional world of dancing is as competitive as any sport. Ashley is the daughter of a famous dancer and a gifted dancer herself but the fear of having to live up to her fathers reputation gave her stage fright issues that kept her from performing. Now she has a death bed promise to keep and with encouragement from her friends Ashley is fighting her fears and auditioning for a place in Antonio Machiavelli’s dance troupe.  What she didn’t count on was the chemistry between her and Antonio Machiavelli. Dance of Love isn’t a new story but it is well told and it grabs you and keeps you enthralled by the drama of Ashley and Antonio. A fun read.
