What happens when lone wolf Jake Hunter founder of WARM
(Werewolves Against Random Mating) finds himself attracted to a human? He resists and avoids her – mostly – until she
is threatened by a mama bear who thinks she is threatening her cub. Jake leaps in and saves her but is hurt in
the process. Thus starting a train of
events that lead to them getting much closer.
But she can’t be his mate. Can
she?
On the surface these books are fun paranormal romances but
underneath they deal with some very heavy issues of bigotry and
intolerance. This one brings it a little
closer to the surface. This is an
incredible read and I recommend it for everybody.
